Users engage with My Merch Pros by purchasing a website and submitting forms with their files. This interaction includes providing essential details about their brand, such as logos, images, pricing, and other relevant information. Upon receipt, My Merch Pros hosts their websites and ensures the smooth operation of the platform.

3. One-Time Payment and Custom Website Creation

Upon payment of the one-time fee, users provide details about their brand, including logos, images, pricing, and other relevant information. My Merch Pros will then create a custom merchandise website for the user.

4. Fulfillment and Drop shipping

Our integrated websites alert us when a purchase is made. We handle manufacturing and shipping of the ordered merchandise.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their User-Generated Content (UGC). However, by submitting UGC to My Merch Pros, users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, and worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute their UGC for the purposes of manufacturing and fulfilling orders, as well as for promotional and advertising purposes on our website or other platforms.

6. Payment Terms and Cancellation

All payments are one-time and non-refundable. Users can cancel their service at any time, but this does not entitle them to a refund. Cancelled services will result in the termination of the hosted website.

7. General Rules

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting details for website creation. Users are responsible for the content and legality of materials submitted for hosting. Any misuse or abuse of the platform may result in termination of services. Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All websites created by My Merch Pros are the property of Flexology LLC. The one-time payment grants users the right to use the website. My Merch Pros is a subsidiary of Flexology LLC.

Any disputes or conflicts will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. Legal action may be taken if a resolution cannot be reached. Users agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of the State of Nevada.
